Job Title: Lab & Field Technician

Position Overview: We are seeking laboratory and field technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong motivation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be working in a soils and concrete testing EEDAS laboratory and at various field across the different states when necessary.
- Performs basic laboratory testing including but not limited to organic content, grain size analysis, compaction, processing of material, and compression testing of concrete specimens.
- Field work includes but is not limited to soils and concrete sampling, nuclear density gauge testing, field inspection, and miscellaneous construction activities.
- Oversee fieldwork, including soil sampling, testing, and site inspections.
- Assist laboratory testing and equipment setup in EEDAS lab.
Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma. - NCDOT/ACI laboratory testing certifications a plus
- Experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- The ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- The ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed
- The ability to travel and work at remote sites as needed
- Excellent driving record within company standards
